To strengthen work safety management, a Work Safety Management Committee was elected by groups at the meeting. Serving as the company’s highest decision-making body for work safety, it will strictly implement the principle of “No Production Without Safety” and the one-vote veto system for work safety to safeguard the personal safety of all employees. Meanwhile, the election of staff representatives was launched. Representatives were elected in proportion to staff numbers to smooth the channels for feedback, collect reasonable suggestions from employees regarding rest arrangements, attendance regulations, daily life and other matters, and foster a democratic, harmonious and caring workplace atmosphere.
