Centered on the standard 6.2mm pitch, these connectors support multiple wire count configurations and full-scenario parameter design.All performance data is derived from actual measurements in the specification sheet, with no false or exaggerated claims. We provide industrial-grade solutions featuring strong carrying capacity, high reliability and wide adaptability for high-demand circuit connections.

Standard 6.2mm pitch + full range of circuit configurations
adaptable to complex circuit layouts.
The L6.2 Series is designed based on the industry-standard 6.2mm pitch, which ensures stable terminal contact while reserving reasonable space for parallel layout of multiple circuits.It provides a full range of circuit options including single-row basic types and dual-row combination types, accurately meeting connection demands from 2 circuits up to 15 circuits without additional customization.
- Single-row basic models: Cover 2P/2R, 3P/3R, 4P and other single-circuit specifications, suitable for independent connections of simple internal circuits in equipment, such as sensor signal transmission and power supply for small modules.
- Dual-row combination models: Include 2×2P/2c×2R, 2×3P/2×3R, 3×3P/3×3R, 3×4P/3×4R, 3×5P/3×5R and other multi-circuit specifications.Among them, the 3×5P/3×5R model supports 15 parallel circuits, ideal for centralized wiring of complex circuits such as industrial control boards and automotive electronic modules.
-Universal compatible design: The entire series is compatible with 0.7–2.0mm thick PCBs and can be directly soldered and assembled without modifying the board design.It accommodates wires from AWG22# to AWG16#, matching the medium-heavy gauge wires commonly used in industrial equipment, thus reducing wire cutting and replacement costs.

L6.2 Military-Grade Materials
Building a Solid "Protection Wall" for Connectionsfrom Housings to Terminals.
(I) Housing: PA66 Nylon with UL94-V2 Flame Retardancy, Ensuring Both Safety and Durability
Mechanical Properties: PA66 nylon delivers excellent impact and abrasion resistance. It withstands insertion/extraction forces during assembly (single insertion/extraction force ≤ 30N) and minor vibrations during equipment operation, preventing housing cracking that could expose live circuits.
Safety Properties: UL94-V2 flame retardant rating effectively inhibits flame spread. Combined with insulation resistance ≥ 1000MΩ and withstand voltage of 1500V.AC/1min, it completely eliminates risks of electric leakage and short-circuit fires, complying with industrial equipment safety standards.
(II) Terminal: Phosphor Bronze with Tin Plating, Featuring Low Resistance Conductivity and Corrosion Resistance
Electrical Conductivity: The phosphor bronze substrate offers high elasticity and conductivity, ensuring tight contact between the terminal, conductors and substrates. Contact resistance ≤ 0.020Ω reduces current transmission loss and avoids equipment overheating and signal distortion caused by poor contact.
Weather Resistance: The tin plating layer effectively resists oxidation and corrosion in humid and dusty environments. It maintains stable terminal performance even under long-term exposure to industrial workshops, automotive cabins and other settings, extending the service life of the connector.
(III) Industrial-Grade Electrical Performance: High Load Capacity & Stable Transmission for Multiple Working Conditions
Designed to meet the high-current, wide-temperature-range requirements of industrial equipment, the L6.2 series has passed stringent performance tests with core parameters reaching industrial-grade standards. It adapts to a full temperature range of -25℃ to 85℃, providing robust support for stable equipment operation.

High Current Carrying Capacity: Maximum rated current of 13A, far exceeding that of conventional bar connectors (usually 8–10A). It satisfies power supply demands for medium and high-power circuits such as industrial motor control and automotive electronic auxiliary equipment, preventing terminal burnout due to current overload.

Wide Voltage Compatibility: Rated voltage covers 250V.AC/DC, suitable for commonly used 220V AC industrial control circuits and 24V DC internal equipment circuits. It enables AC/DC universal application without changing connector models.

Environmental Interference Resistance: The housing remains crack-free and terminal contact stays secure at -25℃; insulation resistance maintains ≥ 1000MΩ at 85℃. This ensures stable signal and power transmission for equipment under alternating high and low temperature conditions (e.g. outdoor equipment, automotive cabins).
