1. Large 4-Pin Terminals: Core of Power Transmission, Max Load Capacity
As the critical carrier for current transmission, terminals are made of 0.25 mm thick tin‑plated phosphor bronze, delivering excellent electrical conductivity and elasticity.The crimped area shows outstanding tensile strength in real tests:
- AWG#18 wire: 90 N MIN
- AWG#20 wire: 70 N MIN
- AWG#22 wire: 50 N MIN
- AWG#24 wire: 30 N MIN
Under a pull test of 25±3 mm/min, terminals remain firmly attached without detachment, fundamentally preventing connection loosening under heavy‑duty conditions.
2. Large 4-Pin Housings: Insulation & Protection, Safe and Durable
Housings are made of PA66 nylon with UL94 V-0 flammability rating, featuring superior insulation performance and mechanical strength.The product surface is free of defects, dirt, cracks or mechanical damage. Key dimensions are precisely controlled:
- Pitch tolerance strictly controlled at 5.08±0.10 mm
- Outline dimensions of 21.20±0.20 mm and 25.28±0.20 mm fit assembly requirements.
Contact resistance is ≤30 mΩ. The housing effectively resists dust and moisture intrusion, ensuring operational safety.
3. Large 4-Pin Headers: Precise mating, Flexible Installation
Headers also adopt UL94 V-0 PA66 nylon.Pins are φ2.10 mm brass with tin plating (2.5–5 μm thickness), providing excellent solderability:
- After immersion in a solder bath at 245±5 °C for 3±0.5 s, solder coverage ≥90%, no cold solder issues.
Tested retention forces:
- Terminal-to-housing retention force ≥30 N
- Pin retention force ≥25 N
- Single-contact insertion force ≤15 N, extraction force ≥3 NEnsuring smooth mating and stable connection.
After tri‑axial vibration testing (10–55–10 Hz/min, amplitude 1.5 mm p‑p, 2 hours per axis), no damage occurs and contact resistance ≤30 mΩ, making it suitable for industrial vibration environments.

Withstand Multiple Challenges for Durability Assurance
Mechanical Life:After 30 cycles of mating and unmating (10 cycles per minute), contact resistance ≤ 30 mΩ, with no visible damage.
Temperature Cycling:After 5 cycles of thermal shock between -55 °C and 85 °C (30 minutes per cycle, transition time 10–15 minutes), electrical performance remains stable with no breakdown.
Temperature Rise Control:At rated current of 10 A, maximum temperature rise ≤ 30 °C, preventing high-temperature impact on equipment operation.
Resistance to Soldering Heat:No visible damage after:
- Manual soldering at 305±5 °C for 3±0.5 s,or
- Wave soldering at 230±5 °C for 5±0.5 s.Compatible with industrial soldering processes.
