Environmental Endurance:Stable operation over a wide temperature range of -25℃~85℃.After 96 hours of high-temperature (85℃±2℃) and low-temperature (-25℃±2℃) testing, no visible damage and contact resistance ≤20mΩ.After 96 hours under steady damp heat (40±2℃, 90%~95% RH), insulation and withstand voltage performance remain reliable, adapting to complex indoor and outdoor working conditions.

(I) Terminal: Core of Transmission, Stability First
As the "bridge" for current and signal transmission, terminals are made of tinned brass, featuring excellent electrical conductivity and oxidation resistance, ensuring reliable contact even after long-term mating cycles.The tensile strength of crimped areas shows outstanding performance in testing:
- AWG22# wire: 40N MIN
- AWG24# wire: 20N MIN
- AWG26# wire: 15N MIN
Secure and non-detaching under tensile test at ≤25 mm/min, fundamentally avoiding loose connections.After a 24-hour neutral salt spray test (5% NaCl), no rust, white spots or corrosion appear on the surface, ensuring long service life.
(II) Housing: Insulation & Protection, Precise Matching
Housings are made of PA66 material with flammability class reaching UL94 V-0, providing excellent insulation performance and high mechanical strength.Key dimensions are precisely controlled; unmarked tolerances strictly follow industry standards(0–3 mm ±0.12 mm, 3–18 mm ±0.15 mm, etc.).Perfectly matched with terminals for smooth insertion and withdrawal.
Verified by needle-flame test: no flame residue within 30 seconds after removing the needle flame, the underlay does not ignite, and no obvious burns, depressions or cracks on the surface, complying with V-0 requirements.
(III) Header: Multi‑style Adaptation, Flexible Installation
The series includes three types of headers, all with tinned brass pins for excellent solderability:Immersion in a solder bath at 235℃±5℃ for 2–3 seconds, solderability ≥90%, no cold joints or pinholes, meeting various installation requirements.

Straight Header (Type WV):Vertical mounting design, covering full specifications from 2P to 24P.Key dimensions are precise (e.g., 2P model: A=2.50 mm, B=5.00 mm), suitable for conventional wiring.

Right‑angle Header (Type WR):Horizontal mounting structure to save vertical space.Max dimensions of 24P model controlled at 57.50 mm × 60.00 mm, ideal for compact devices.

High Right‑angle Header (Type WRB):Heightened design optimizes wiring space for easy mating.Tested terminal retention force and pin retention force both reach 15N MIN, ensuring stable and secure connection.
