Precise MatchingExclusive Adaptation for High-Voltage Scenarios
Basic Adaptation: Adopts a unified 3.5mm standard pitch with 2~4Poles wire configuration, precisely matching AWG28#-24# specification wires. Male and female connectors feature positive locking for anti-loosening, with excellent contact performance and uninterrupted signal transmission.
Electrical Safety: Rated voltage up to 1400V AC/DC, rated current 1.0A, contact resistance ≤0.01Ω, insulation resistance ≥1000MΩ. It withstands a 3800V AC withstand voltage test for 1 minute without breakdown or arcing, fundamentally eliminating electric leakage and signal attenuation.
Environmental Resistance: Stable operation in a wide temperature range of -25℃~85℃. After a 96-hour high temperature test (105℃±2℃) and low temperature test (-25℃±2℃), the appearance remains undamaged and the contact resistance is ≤20mΩ. Under a 96-hour constant damp heat environment (40±2℃), the insulation and voltage withstand performance remain intact, suitable for complex indoor and outdoor working conditions.

1. BH3.5-RT Terminal:The Core of Transmission, Prioritizing Stability
As the "bridge" for current and signal transmission, the terminal is made of high-conductivity phosphor bronze with a tin-plated surface, boasting excellent elasticity and oxidation resistance, and maintaining good contact even after long-term plugging and unplugging. The measured tensile strength of the crimped part delivers outstanding performance: 20N MIN for AWG24# wires, 15N MIN for AWG26# wires, and 10N MIN for AWG28# wires. It remains firm and non-detachable in a tensile test at ≤25mm/min, fundamentally preventing connection loosening.
2. BH3.5-2P Housing + BH3.5-2R Housing:Insulation Protection, Precise Adaptation
Both basic housings are made of nylon (PA66), featuring excellent insulation performance and high mechanical strength. Key dimensions of the BH3.5-2R Housing are precisely controlled: dimensional tolerances such as 5.80±0.05mm and 3.5±0.1mm are strictly limited within standard ranges. The BH3.5-2P Housing perfectly fits with terminals for smooth plugging and unplugging, and can effectively isolate dust and moisture erosion. It remains undamaged after the solder heat resistance test (immersion at 260℃±5℃ for 4~6 seconds), suitable for various assembly scenarios.
3. BH3.5-2P / Latch Housing:Upgraded Anti-Loosening, Double Stability
Tailored for harsh scenarios such as vibration and movement, the latch housing is equipped with an exclusive locking design, with key dimensions including 6.65±0.1mm and 3.5±0.03mm precisely adapted for a secure lock after fastening. The measured terminal retention force and pin retention force both reach 20N MIN, and no loosening occurs after the mechanical vibration test (55~500Hz, 2 hours for each X/Y/Z axis). The latch can be opened easily without affecting subsequent maintenance, making it particularly suitable for high-frequency vibration scenarios such as industrial control and automotive electronics.
4. BH3.5 - SMT Version:Easy Surface Mounting, Adapted for Compact Spaces
Exclusively designed for high-density assembly scenarios, the SMT version inherits the core performance of the series and is adapted for substrate thickness of 0.8~1.6mm with excellent solderability: it achieves a solder coverage rate ≥90% without cold solder or pinhole issues when immersed in a solder pot at 235℃±5℃ for 2~3 seconds. Its compact structural design saves installation space. After 50 repeated plugging and unplugging tests, it remains undamaged in appearance, with a contact resistance ≤20mΩ and an insulation resistance ≥1000MΩ, perfectly adapted for compact-layout equipment such as small home appliances and LED lighting.

Appearance Inspection: No scars, dents or cracks on the surface of plastic parts; no rust or oxidation on metal parts; wires are clean and undamaged with legible markings. (Inspection conditions: Visual acuity >1.0, illumination 200~300Lx, observation distance 0.3~0.5m)
Mechanical Performance: Stable performance after 50 repeated insertions and withdrawals; no damage after temperature cycle testing (5 sudden changes between -25℃ and 105℃), capable of handling frequent assembly and sudden environmental changes.
Temperature Control: Maximum temperature rise ≤60℃ when rated current is applied, preventing high temperatures from affecting equipment operation.
