The Mini EL series retains the standard 4.5mm pitch design, focusing on the streamlined connection requirements of 2~4 circuits, with parameter configurations precisely matched to the characteristics of small devices:
- Streamlined & Practical Circuit Count: Fixed 2~4 circuit specifications are available, eliminating the need for complex selection and perfectly adapting to the low-circuit connection requirements of small circuits.
- Comprehensive Wire Gauge Coverage: Compatible with AWG26#~18# wires, it can match both thinner AWG26# signal wires and AWG18# power wires for greater adaptability.
- Stable Rated Performance: With a rated voltage of 300V AC/DC and a rated current of 10A, it fully meets the upper limits of voltage and current transmission for small electronic devices with no redundant performance waste.

(I) Terminal Material
Adopting tin-plated phosphor bronze (Phos.bronze Tin/plated) with excellent electrical conductivity. The tin-plated layer effectively enhances corrosion and oxidation resistance, reduces contact loss, and extends service life.
(II) Receptacle Material
Selected nylon PA66 UL94V-2 flame-retardant material featuring high mechanical strength and good high temperature resistance. It can withstand slight impacts during assembly and provide reliable protection during equipment operation, complying with safety standards.

1. Electrical Performance: Safe Transmission with No Hidden Risks
- Contact resistance ≤20mΩ (marked ≤0.020Ω in documents), minimizing signal transmission loss and ensuring stable transmission of weak signals or small currents.
- Insulation resistance ≥1000MΩ, effectively isolating the risk of electric leakage between adjacent contacts and improving circuit safety.
- Withstand voltage strength up to 1500V AC/1min without breakdown or arcing, complying with safety standards for medium and low voltage circuits.
2. Mechanical Performance: Robust Even with Compact Structure
- Fixing force between housing and terminal ≥30N, firmly locked without falling off or loosening in axial tension test.
- Maximum single PIN insertion force 15.0N, minimum withdrawal force 2.0N, delivering smooth plugging and unplugging feel and suitable for manual assembly scenarios.
- Tensile strength of crimped part precisely matched to wire gauges: AWG18#≥50N, AWG20#≥40N, AWG22#≥30N, AWG24#≥20N, AWG26#≥15N, ensuring firm connection for wires of different gauges.
3. Environmental & Reliability Performance: Resilient in Complex Scenarios
- Temperature adaptability range of -25°C~85°C. Passed 96-hour high temperature test (105°C±2°C) and 96-hour low temperature test (-25°C±2°C), with no appearance damage and contact resistance ≤30mΩ in extreme temperature environments.
- Passed 96-hour constant damp heat test (40±2°C, relative humidity 90%~95%), 24-hour salt spray test, 96-hour sulfur dioxide corrosion test and 7-hour ammonia test, maintaining stable performance in humid and corrosive environments.
- No damage in mechanical vibration test (10-55Hz, amplitude ±1.5mm) and mechanical shock test (490m/s²). Contact resistance still ≤30mΩ after 50 repeated plugging and unplugging cycles, meeting the long-term operation requirements of equipment.
- Excellent solderability: The soldered part is immersed in a solder pot at 235°C±5°C for 2±0.5 seconds, achieving a solder coverage rate of 90% with no voids or pinhole defects and stable soldering quality.
