(I) Terminal Material:
Adopts Phosphor Bronze with Tin Plating (Phos.bronze Tin-plated), featuring excellent electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance. It effectively reduces contact loss and extends service life.

Uses nylon PA66 UL94V-2 flame-retardant material, boasting good mechanical strength and high-temperature resistance. It can not only withstand physical impacts during assembly but also maintain structural stability in complex environments, complying with safety standards.

1. Electrical Performance: Safe Transmission Without Hidden Risks

- Insulation resistance ≥1000MΩ, effectively isolating leakage risks;
- Excellent voltage withstand capacity: most models support 1000V AC/1min withstand voltage test, and some models can reach 1500V AC/1min, with no breakdown or arcing.
2. Mechanical Performance: Durable & Resistant to Damage
- Retention force between housing and terminals ≥30N, maintaining stability without falling off in axial pull force tests;
- Maximum single-PIN insertion force: 10.0N; minimum pull-out force: 1.5N. The plugging feel is smooth, and no damage occurs after 50 repeated plugging cycles;
- Passes mechanical vibration test (10-55Hz, amplitude ±1.5mm, 2 hours/axis) and impact strength test (490m/s², 18 cycles), ensuring stable connection in vibrating equipment operating environments.
3. Environmental Adaptability: Fearless of Complex Scenarios
- Operating temperature range: -25°C~85°C. Passes low-temperature resistance test (-25°C±2°C for 96 hours) and high-temperature resistance test (105°C±2°C for 96 hours), enabling normal operation in extreme temperature environments;
- Passes 96-hour constant damp heat test (40±2°C, relative humidity 90%~95%), 24-hour salt spray test, 96-hour sulfur dioxide corrosion test, and 7-hour ammonia gas test. Contact resistance remains ≤20mΩ in humid and corrosive environments, with no rust or damage;
- For models with specific requirements, supports 750°C glow wire test, with burning time ≤2s and no dripping combustion risk, achieving maximum safety factor.
4. Standardized Structural Design:
Controllable dimensional accuracy (tolerance of key dimensions: ±0.1~±0.3mm), compatible with automated assembly lines to improve production efficiency.
