As the core connection between wires and pin headers, the JAE2.5 Wire Terminal undertakes the dual responsibilities of current transmission and signal conduction. Anchored on "low loss, anti-interference, and easy assembly" as the design core, it has undergone multiple rounds of environmental and performance tests, delivering stable and reliable parameter performance.
Rated Performance: Supports a rated current of 3A AC/DC and a rated voltage of 250V AC/DC, precisely meeting the power supply and signal transmission needs of low-to-medium power devices, and covering most civilian and industrial auxiliary scenarios.
Transmission & Safety Performance: Maximum contact resistance ≤ 20mΩ, effectively reducing energy loss during signal transmission and ensuring accurate data conduction.Insulation resistance ≥ 1000MΩ, with a withstand voltage of up to 1500V AC (no breakdown for 1 minute), eliminating electric leakage risks at the source.
Material & Environmental Friendliness: The terminal body is made of high-conductivity phosphor bronze with a tin-plated finish, enhancing oxidation resistance and conductivity efficiency while preventing poor contact during long-term use.Fully compliant with the RoHS 2.0 environmental standard, free of hazardous heavy metals such as lead and mercury, and compatible with green production processes.

Anti-Loosening & Durable: Adopts a dual fixing structure of crimping + snap-fit. The pull force of the crimped wire can reach over 35N, preventing loosening during insertion and extraction. After multiple insertion and extraction cycle tests, the contact performance attenuation rate is ≤5%, meeting the long-term use requirements of equipment.
Efficient Assembly: The terminal mating force is controlled between 5-8N, ensuring a smooth operation feel. Basic assembly can be completed without special crimping tools, reducing the difficulty of manual operation on the production line and improving mass production efficiency.
Environmental Resistance: The operating temperature range covers -25℃ to +85℃, adapting to low-temperature storage in northern regions and equipment operating heating scenarios. After 24-hour neutral salt spray test and 10 temperature cycle tests, it can still work stably in humid environments with large temperature fluctuations.

As the connection carrier between PCB boards and wire terminals, the JAE2.5 Pin Header directly affects the accuracy and stability of the overall connection. It offers three types – Straight Pins, Right-Angle Pins, and Dual-Boss Locating Pin Headers – targeting to solve different installation layout challenges and delivering the dual values of "space adaptation + precise docking".
Structural Specifications: Adopts a unified 2.5mm pin pitch, perfectly compatible with JAE Wire Terminals. The mounted height varies by type: 8.5mm (Straight Pins) and 5.2mm (Right-Angle Pins), with a uniform width of 4.6mm. The miniaturized design significantly saves PCB board space.
Compatibility & Safety: Supports a rated current of 3A and a rated voltage of 250V, consistent with the transmission performance of JAE Wire Terminals.Pin header contacts are made of tin-plated brass, with a mating cycle life synchronized with that of wire terminals, ensuring the stability of the entire connection system.
Quality Certifications: The housing is made of flame-retardant PA66 engineering plastic, achieving a flame retardant rating of UL94 V-0.The product has passed CQC certification and complies with the ISO 9001 quality management system standard. Sampling performance tests are conducted for each production batch.

1. Straight Pin Type: The Space-Optimized Choice for Vertical Layouts
Installation Method & Structural Advantages: Installed via vertical soldering on the PCB board, the pins extend straight upward, guiding the wire terminal connection direction to the vertical orientation of the PCB board and effectively saving horizontal space. The root of the pins features a reinforcement rib design, increasing mechanical strength by 30% after soldering and resisting deformation during long-term insertion and extraction.
Application Scenarios: Ideal for devices with compact internal space requiring vertical wiring, such as small power modules, smart sensor motherboards, and mini controllers.
2. Right-Angle Pin Type The Convenient Adaptation Choice for Horizontal Wiring
Adopting a 90° horizontal bending design, the pins are soldered parallel to the PCB board surface, with the wire terminal connection direction consistent with the board surface.
